Epic employees should RSVP even if you are not going to attend. If possible, register by Friday, May 8 so that we have a better shot at ordering the right amount of food. Your RSVP helps ensure there’s plenty of food to go around as well as avoid food waste.

If plans change, you can update or cancel your registration anytime before Friday, June 12.

Pick up your nametag ticket(s) ahead of time in the following locations around campus:

  • Tuesday, June 16 - Thursday, June 18

  • 11:00am - 2:00pm

  • King's Cross, Cassiopeia, Sofrito, and Restaurant 42

All pets should be left at home for Epicnic.

Summer heat and crowd noise can be ruff on our animals, causing anxiety and unpredictable behavior. We’ve had some safety close calls and some messes in the past – but to have a true emergency would really bite. Be sure to paws before you head out to Epicnic, since all but service animals will be turned away from the event. (It’s fur the best.)

A little Wisconsin weather won’t rain on our parade! Epicnic is a rain or shine event.

In the case of severe weather, outdoor activities will be paused until the weather has passed, and it is safe for the activities to resume.
